ZH180 automatic Cartoning machine is horizontal,continuous fully automatic cartooning machine. This machine can automatically load products, fold leaflet, open carton and insert products with leaflet into carton, printing batch number, close carton and outlet packed products. This machine applies to the packing of blisters, tubes, bottles and lumpish stuff in pharmaceutical, food, commodity, chemical, and hardware industries.   

This machine equipped with inspection, alarm, and fault display systems which are consist of devices like sensing elements, photocell and mechanical overload protection. Also got functions like no product came no carton be supplied, no leaflet came no carton be supplied. This line is controlled by PLC HMI and continuous channel moving system which insures the high speed stable running of machine.
